Provides 20 different professional education courses including Defense Resources Management; Data Analytics; Human Capital Resources Management; Risk Management; and other financial and resources management courses.

Target audience: Military (US and international, Active and Reserves) O-3 to O-6; Defense civilians GS-09 through GS-15 or equivalent; enlisted with bachelor’s degree E-7 to E-9; and individuals participating in accelerated career development programs.

Certification credits: CPEs and CETs granted for nearly all courses; graduate education credit for two courses upon passing tests.

Delivery method: Virtual, In residence, or PDI, by request on-site for commands.

Budget Line of Business (BLoB) is a partnership between the Department of Education Program Management Office, the Budget Systems Branch at the Office of Management and Budget, and over two dozen Partner Agency budget offices focused on developing solutions to complex budget issues.
